This is my twist on the Alexander Blouse pattern made for my sister Rachel, with netting used to give a sweetheart line and must visual interest. Another row of buttons was used to balance the front of the piece, and my choice for serging this project was with a rolled hem yet again. Using this technique lets you do more structured garments with lighter fabrics and seems to stand up to normal wear.
Purple fabric was cut from the hem of an old Goodwill dress, in a small loop.
