My friend had a Playboy style Midsummer night’s dream party in August. Instead of the usual fairy wings, I decided I wanted a peacock tail.
I started with a peacock and marabou fan. I used heavy gauge craft wire, black pantyhose, black tulle, and peacock feather on ribbon trim.
