i wanted to make my own messenger bag, this is second time i’ve done one. i like this much better, but it has no pockets..i’m so lazy :) this was really easy to made, just 3 pieces per side (i made out and inside bag the same)! i didn’t sew it inside out, but the right side out way :)

just take it easy, i made this same time i watched little house on a prarie ;) just make 2 exactly the same bags, but them wrong sides together, and sew around the top and flap, attaching the robe/handle/whatever same time. good instruction in the how to : book bag part 2!

I like the way you lined up the tree pattern flap with the body of the bag. I’m planning on making the bag this weekend, do you have any tips? :o)
