This fabric reminds me of a mermaid costume I once had, and I love it! I changed the ruffle into a collar and I thought it came out pretty nicely!

i love the collar too!!! i’d love to see what it looks like from the back. i made a coffee date and want to modify it by lowering the back a little. the collar seems like it would justify having the higher back though! nice work!

I like it very much, espacially the modified ruffle which became a collar! Sorry, I don’t find the words, my english is catastrophic. I mean, this dress fits you very, very well. The colour in ralation to your eyes and the style.. . (Perhaps you can add al little belt loop? I did so at the fifites dress of my daughter.)
