Merging stripes - 2014 Tessuti Jaywalk competition entry

Description
Hiya everyone! I came up with the inspiration for this dress at 1 am one evening – isn’t that how it always is? It’s a straight dolman sleeve dress with an asymmetrical neckline. The shaping is introduced by sewing two black stripes together every 4th stripe. I love the effect, especially in the knit – it’s very dynamic when it moves. Anywho, lots of deets and guaranteed the weirdest spreadsheet you’ve ever seen on the blogo http://www.coutureacademic.com/my-projects/jaywalk-2014-entry/
