Men's Western Shirt

I figured it was finally time to make something for my fiance. He picked the fabric, and I made it from an old simplicity pattern my mom picked up at a yard sale. I added the white piping so that the yoke would be more visible on such a busy print.

    Yes, I too have this pattern and am going to make a shirt for my fiance! He wants black/white gingham with pearl snaps… I’ll post a pic once I’ve finished it. Thanks for the inspiration! xo

    I have that same pattern at home! It’s very 70’s, very cool. Did you ever read the book, The Outsiders, or see the movie? This shirt reminds me of the styles.
