Here are 2 ties i made from a free pattern found on this website
http://pukingpastilles.com/?p=855
The first one is made with the fabrics of a shirt i just finished for my husband
the second one is for a friend, made with the extra fabrics of a dress i made for her girlfriend!
Both are bias cut, and so is the interfacing.
I had a lot of fun sewing this ties, and will eventually sew more with (big) fabrics scraps.
you can read more about this ties on my blog (in french)
