I figured it was finally time to make something for my fiance. He picked the fabric, and I made it from an old simplicity pattern my mom picked up at a yard sale. I added the white piping so that the yoke would be more visible on such a busy print.

I have that same pattern at home! It’s very 70’s, very cool. Did you ever read the book, The Outsiders, or see the movie? This shirt reminds me of the styles.
