Description

This coat turned out smaller than I thought it would, but it’s still good. The fabric of course 100% wool, lined with 100% wool in dark blue. I made the tablet-woven trim on the front. It’s a medieval-style coat, the short length would make it better for the 1300-1400s, because it would look silly to have a longer tunic hanging out from under it. I drafted the pattern.
