Full length, military style trench coat. Coat has gun flaps, chin gaurd, back vent and self fabric belt.
The pattern is from the September 2006 issue if Burda World of Fashion (now Burda Style). The fabric is heavy melton wool from FabricMartFabrics.com. I interfaced the entire front of the jacket and added wiggan in the sleeves and hem, hand sewed in shoulder pads, sleeveheads and stabilized the back with a woven fusible.
I added a few extra buttons for emphasis based on what I saw on the Burberry website.
