Burda Style For people who sew
Description
For my draping class at FIT we had to drape a peg skirt where only center back is on grain. I then realized that it was how a McQ skirt (pictures courtesy of the outnet) was made and I’ve been obsessed with this skirt for a loooooong time. I actually tried to recreate it 2 years ago but failed… I decided to make it for the Pattern Review RTW contest going on right now…

I have never attempted to drape fabric but I guess this is the way forward if you get great innovative garments like this! Very impressed. And defo something I would love to have in my wardrobe!! :-)
