My second version of this fabulous pattern. I picked up this cotton jersey from Tessuti, just a metre for $10. I took out a couple of details from the bodice of the pattern (ie. he circular inserts). I also eliminated the lining. The neck is finished with bias binding and the sleeves are just overlocked and turned once to form a thin hem, as is the skirt hem. I cut the bodice on the bias and lining up the lines was crucial to a neat finish and took a few efforts but worth the patience.
And no zip as it’s a stretch fabric. So it’s a simple pull-over!
Very happy with this version and there will be many more to come.
Cotton jersey blend (think there’s a little polyester in there)
