My dress is a merge of two patterns from the upcoming month’s issue of Burda Style magazine. For the top portion of the dress, I used pattern #109 (top with drawstring neckline and shoulders) and for the skirt portion, I used pattern #133 (vintage styled dress with a daring draped back). My dress was inspired by a style of a Marc Jacobs colorful dress (photo included in this set) that I saw at Bloomingdale’s last weekend.
Take off with pleats, cut-outs, insets, and futuristic prints.
