This is a pretty maxi skirt with a high waist and gathered panels. I’m in love with fabric and my husband isn’t, so I’ll wear it just to annoy him :)!
It’s very floaty and perfect for the beach…. sigh, that’s what I wish I could be doing right now in this 34 degree heat!
