Long Beach, Cali...
My original (albeit simple) design for a Christmas jumper for my daughter. I decided to use the fuzzy selvage edge as the hem. That left the dress a bit long, but it’s big everywhere else too. She’ll grow into it fast.
I drew the pocket shape based on the pockets of a vintage 1974 Simplicity skirt, pattern # 6616. I’d like to make the skirt for me with the fabrics reversed, but I need to grade the pattern up one size first.
