I drafted a pattern off a castoff shirt of my husband’s. It is a dress shirt for any professional situation, with details at the cuffs and collar, but not so dressy that it will look out of place in casual situations.
I used a fairly heavy stretch cotton suiting. It would also look great in a lighter shirting material or flowing cotton or linen.
