I have altered the Sidonie pattern to make it into a maternity skirt. I have eliminated the zipper and the waistband and slightly lowered the top part in front. I then added a jersey knit band folded over to make for an elasticated waist. It’s really comfy and great for work! I used an altered version of this tutorial as well: http://seemommysew.wordpress.com/maternity-skirt-tutorial-the-gwenna/
