In May 2011, I made matching skirts for my daughter and niece to celebrate a joint trip to France. I used the INSA pattern from the book Sewing Clothes Kids Love by Nancy Langdon and Sabine Pollehn. They love their skirts! The skirt is pretty long, so my hope is that they can still wear it next year.
A variety of quilting weight cotton in black, white, and red, to go with a Michael Miller red Eiffel Tower fabric. Red Bias tape. Red twill tape. White rick rack. Organic white cotton for bottom skirt, trimmed with ruffled eyelet trim.
