Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I only followed the pattern to make the gathered bust part of the dress, which I found very difficult!! The straps are made from satin ribbon folded at the front and stitched to the top part of the dress, it was easier to just use ribbon as the dress fabric was very slippy to sew. The skirt part of the dress was easier as I just measured from the empire line down to just below my ankles and gathered on the empre line.
