Description
Combination of my own bodice and the Marie skirt. It has an invisible zip along the side seam.
If I made it again I would add in-seam pockets and maybe use a less stiff fabric (I have to smooth it down with my hands every time I get up from a chair because it makes a big pouf).
With a t-shirt underneath and colour tights I can wear it to the office too (which I visit more often than nightclubs or theatres anyways…).

I adore this Marie dress. Quite Miss Blair Waldorf…all you’re missing is a haeadband! I would very much appreciate a quick how to :) I was looking at the picture and it seems like the marie part sits a little higher than the waist: I like this! It feels like a belt.
