Halloween_colorized_large

Description

Multi-colored tulle tutu with a brocade waistband and ribbon tie closures.
Headpiece/wig created using a wire form armature and covering with Patons brand Divine Mohair yarn in Chantilly Rose, Frosted Green and Icicle White, then sewn to a headband.

      Not too heavy. I took wire form from the craft store and created the shape I wanted and then wrapped the yarn around it, so it’s all hollow on the inside. The hard part was sewing it’s strange shape to a headband, which gave it more stability. But even after all that there was a lot of bobby pin usage going on to make sure it lasted through the night.
