This is a wedding dress in which I used a store bought pattern for the top and drafted a bias cut charmeuse underskirt with an Alencon lace overlay. I have the whole process and some tutorials blogged at my blog sewcountry chick. I can’t seem to do a link here so if you want to see you can copy and paste this for the thread:

Silk charmeuse with china silk lining. Silk organza underlining on bodice and sleeves. The sash is made from silk duppioni and the lace is a French Alencon lace.
