I made this about a year ago, but just got around to posting. I’m calling it the Maria dress, because it reminds me of a dress Maria wears in the Sound of Music, though it’s not like it at all… The fabric is interlined to keep it from being see-through. I wanted pockets, so I didn’t want a traditional lining. I moved the pockets to the side seams rather than the front princess seams as the directions say. I love the lowcut back. It’s a little tight in the underarms (my usual fitting issue), but I love the dress.
