For this year’s Tim Burton Ball in San Francisco, our crew is going as voodoo versions of Alice in Wonderland characters. This is the March Hare suit I made for my husband. I did not make the shirt or necktie. The hood and gloves are faux fur. The underside of the gloves is jersey for stretch. The ears include florist wire and muslin for the inner ear. The only fabric we actually paid for was the striped cotton for the pants, which I’ve been meaning to make into pants for my husband for over a year now. The fourth photo is my make-up plan for this costume.
faux fur, cotton, some kind of knit, silk dupioni, florist wire, muslin
Plan a weekend getaway in these sweater dresses and furry accessories.
