I followed Gertie’s creation to make this dress. It is a modified version of the Malissa dress, without the sleeves and with a neck tie and cummerbund style belt. Side note: if you are making the belt, make sure it can fit over some part of your body (either shoulders or hips) I have a narrow waist and wider hips, and it is impossible for me to get this dress on from the bottom up! Also, I didn’t sew down the belt as suggested.
can't remember!

This is such a PRETTY creation! I adore the blue color and the shine of the fabric. The belt and the tie at the neck finish this dress wonderfully! It reminds me of the Coffee Date dress somehow, but I find it much nicer. This dress is so beautiful.
I wish you remembered what the fabric was because I’ll probably make a dress inspired by this one :D
