Burda Style For people who sew

Description

I made a basic make-up holder for my husband’s step-mother for her birthday. One slight fault, but I wonder if she’ll mind?! The ties won’t tie once it’s rolled up!

Footnote: I ripped out part of the seam for one of the ribbons, removed the ribbon and sewed it where it should be, so now it can be rolled and tied too. Just fogot to take a picture before I sent it off today in the post.

Material Notes

Cotton that I had had in the bottom of the cupboard for ages, pink cotton mix left over from last Christmas' presents, ribbon from the inside of a top.
