This jersey dress is an attempt to save a garment I made that was a big fail. I had made a tank top with cutouts in the back and hated it. It sat in my crap box for a while until I decided to make it into a dress. I added some grey fabric leftover from a skirt into the middle section and tada, a wearable dress. I do find that the neck is a bit too wide and the straps tend to slip off my shoulders a bit. I like the cut of the neckline though, and I’m not sure how to keep the scooped neck and keep the dress from falling off my shoulders.
majenta: very stretchy thrifted cotton jersey; grey cotton jersey scrap
