I made this shirt last spring, out of a fabric I loved, but I wasn’t sure it would look good because my mother kept telling me she didn’t like the fabric…
And when she saw the result, I had to make another one for her!!
The pattern is from Burda october 2008. (Im not sure) I didn’t sew buttons because I don’t like how the fabric looks when it’s closed.

I love this jacket. I have to agree with your mom. Its not the kinda of fabric that screams jacket but I like what you did with it. Its unexpected and gorgeous.
