I just finished this silk top with macramee neckline. First I knotted the neckline, bound it with bias tape and then sewed the whole thing together. I drafted the pattern myself and also incoporated a back cutout that sits above the bra. It has a decorative button-closure on the left shoulder. The top is french seamed and I rolled the hems by hand.
I described the steps over the past few days on my blog. You can read the posts here: Shesellsseashells.
