I love my Macaron dress so much, but I wanted a more casual version, so I adapted the pattern and made it in to a Tshirt.
If you do this I recommend tracing out the pattern 2 sizes smaller then your regular size (the green one is only one size smaller and a tiny bit big). Ignore all darts and legthen the body add hem allowance. When tracing the sleeves draw a straightline across from inside seam and add 2cm for hemming. I also widen the neckline a bit by taking off 5/8". With the neck binding you might need to experiment with I find generally doing 2/3 of the neck measurement works.
