My third version of #106 (drawstring blouse with collar) from Burda’s March 2009 issue. The fabric’s stripes all went one way. It took me a while to to make the symmetry with respect to the center seam! For my first and second versions, I kept the front facings for the buttons and buttonholes. For this version, I replaced the buttoned front with a center seam. This could easily be one of my favorite Burda WOF patterns. More construction details along with my first and second versions are on my bloggie .

Each time i see this pattern i like it more and more.. it looks great on you! you did a good job, nice and neat. I definetly want this pattern, but i completely snobbed it when i saw it on the magazine (your version is much better) and now the march issue is out of stock… :(
