I modified variation 2 of the Lydia pattern to make it a dress. I used facing on the neck and armholes, since I didn’t have any rib knit. I am so happy to finally finish a BurdaStyle pattern! More to come!

I really love the buttons you added to the shoulder. Did you sew in a zipper, too? Because I hate to sew in zippers and the buttons look like an alternative =)

I hate zippers too! Projects involving zippers discourage me…and so I did not use one here :)

i LOVE this! it’s great for all year round, you can totally pull this off with stalking boots and a nice coat over it :) you have a great sense of style i never would have thought to use this kind of fabric
