Description

I made a variation on the Lydia pattern for this dress. Used the “how-to” for the cowl-neck, and lengthened the pattern. It’s my new favorite dress to wear to work – professional AND stylish! :)

Material Notes

Thanks for the nice comments! Yes, the dress was sooooo comfy to wear. I will definitely plan to make other outfits in the future in that wonderful knit fabric.

It was VERY easy to make (I did it in one evening). The Lydia pattern is so nice and simple, I definitely recommend adapting it to your needs (all I did was made it longer, and brought the shoulder seams in a bit for my narrow shoulders). And the how-to on the cowl neck was really good.
