Burda Style For people who sew

Ignore step #4 I pasted it twice, and I cant remove it.
This dress is really easy to make, I’ve never done a how to, this is my first one. I hope you can understand it.
Material Notes
I used 1 1/2 yards of material,
thread (you can add decorative buttons on the neckline but that’s optional)
