A range of lingerie using lace and ribbons to decorate. Can be made easily – especially the half slip. You do not require an overlocker ( serger ) but can use a machine offering a zig zag stitch.
Most are polyester fabrics using oddments of lace to finish. The floral one is made without the use of an overlocker ( serger ) as an example to show a ladies institute " How to make basic lingerie in an Evening "

Yes for the camisole with the lace at the top and the panties – a very old pattern. The waist slip I took my hip measurement and added "ease " e.g. 8 to12 inches, by the length required. One seam , leave a slit to trim with lace. Turn under hem at top and insert elastic. Trim lower hem with lace. The cream and brown set did not use a pattern for the camisole. Take bust measurement add " ease ". cut to required length ( a tip- make the top edge of the camisole rise up across the top slightly i.e. so that armhole edges dip down for comfort ) Turn hem over top edge, insert elastic. Add straps. Lace along bottom edge. Hope this helps – try copying your favourite purchased undies !

These are so pretty. I particularly like the peach and ivory set.
