Burda Style For people who sew

For the sake of his exercise, I want he height of my cutlery roll to extend at least 1/2" beyond he tip of the longest utensil (after seam allowances are taken into consideration). I also factored in that I want to be able to carry a fork, knife and spoon as well as have space for a serviette or cloth napkin.

My fabric dimensions will be 9.5″ × 7.5″. Cut 1 each of the outer fabric, inner coordinating fabric and batting.

Cut 1 – 9.5″ × 5″ piece of fabric (same as the outer fabric). This will serve as the pockets to hold the utensils.
