Hi!
I got so excited when I saw this creation. I recently made a gold brade dress quite similar to this! I love it soooo much. The only difference in the dress I created is that the collar tapers to the back and folds over with buttons to secure the collar.
I lined it as well. The front and A-line front is practically identical to yours.

Great choice! I would never have picked up that envelope, but love the finished result. How do you find New Look’s sizing? I’m not sure I’ve made anything of theirs before, and I don’t want it to come out looking like a tent, as everything I make lately seems to be huge :)
