New York, New Yo...
I fell in love with this pattern the moment I saw it, of course, I had to do a bit of tweeking. Mostly I added pleats to the neckline to help with gaping (which turned out to be a lovely detail), made a single layer skirt with a shorter hem, and of course added pockets! I made the sash belt but I think I like it better with a bright belt.

I forget where I got this vintage fabric but I think its so adorable. Its just a printed Cotton. I used a contrasting cotton for the pocket bags and the bodice lining which turned out really cute, and added boning in the side seams for structure.
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
