Lovely ruffles

I used Simplicity 2554 for this shirt, with some alterations. I think the pattern is designed for wovens so I had to use a smaller size than normal. Also, I added the band at the bottom to add some structure and interest. I love the results! Fabric is a wool/cotton jersey.
