This is one of my first knitted scarf project – not sure what motivated me to kn’it this since I live in the tropics! I guess it must have been a project in a knitting magazine that inspired me to knit this. Anyway, I had purchased a bunch of the softest yarn possible and several luxurious yarn from a company in GB, so I wanted to try my hand at it. The scarf was knitted in 2 types of yarn, a soft cashmere (I believe) and an eyelash yarn. After knitting several rows, I will comb out the eyelash so that it kind of covers the peachy soft base yarn. After the scarf was completed it knitted flowers in peach and stitched them onto the scarf. I’ve worn it a couple of times and received a lot of positive comments.
