Or a sleeve.
This is basically a big rectangle, with the straps sewn into the side seams, and a crushed and avant-ly topstitched cummerbund type thing on one side.
I am really psyched for fancy winter parties. I want to wear this with thick tights and my patent stilletos that buckle across the ankle.
