This is another cowl neck dress since I love cowls! I used some scraps of fabric for this dress; the blue is a polyester knit that I had leftover from elainemay’s cowl dress and the yellow cotton knit was originally purchased to make a top for a sports team that I played on (I bought a tank top instead). The top neck and armholes are hemmed but I didn’t hem the skirt. I thought I might cut off the bottom to make the dress shorter but I’ve decided this length doesn’t look terrible on me. I don’t usually consider pairing two dis-similar fabrics like this but I think that it worked out fine for a work dress (I need to look nice but not be concerned if I get stains on my clothes).
jersey; blue (polyester) and yellow (cotton)
