Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This dress has a smocked inset on the chest. I used a jersey fabric for the smocking and the outcome was brilliant. The bodice is also self-lined. I decided not to add embroidery to the smocking and also not to add piping to the sleeves and collar. I used vogue pattern V7958.
