In this variation I added a back exposed zipper.

60" wide black poly lining
Super long fuchsia invisible zip cut to 12"
black scalloped edge zipper for back
5/8 yards 20" tricot fusible

    I don’t know if I would count this as Lolita. Maybe it’s just the way you wore it, or the color, but I honestly don’t know. Either way, it’s a gorgeous skirt, but I highly doubt you could squeeze a petticoat under it.
