Description

I saw this "project"http://www.burdastyle.com/projects/lolita-denim-high-waisted-skirt and decided to adapt it to my liking. I used the ‘Burda young fashion 7876’ pattern for the waist ‘corset’ part. I then added a circle shirt to the waist of the corset.

I then made a petticoat and attached it to the inside of the skirt so it wouldn’t fall down past the hem.

Material Notes

Denim, cotton petticoat, buttons, interfacing.

Very cute! It’s the perfect answer to wanting to wear overalls, but not wanting crotch problems haha. (and getting to wear a skirt!) But really, it’s cute and you look good in it! Nice job!
