I CUT THE PATTERN FOR THIS OFF AN AGE 6 SKIRT I HAVE FOR MY EDLEST DAUGHTER AND SCALED IT DOWN TO AN AGE 2. LOTS OF FABRIC IS INVOLVED FOR SUCH A LITTLE SKIRT. A BEUTIFUL SHAPE FOR A TODDLER AS THE MOVEMENT IN THE SKIRT IS ALWAYS ON SHOW (SHE NEVER SITS STILL!!).

WHITE COTTON, UPCYCLE YELLOW FLORAL T-SHIRT, YELLOW RIBBONS AND LACE TRIMS.
