Description
Sample flared trousers I made for our little man using white thread to see my stitching.
Make your own basic boys pants pattern (plus extra flare), the elastic (practical for toilet training) is kept at the sides and back, leaving the front sturdy, and shaped with pleats.
Add front buttons (and unlike me, probably reinforce the front with twill tape or extra stitching).
Finish with matching back pockets and admire little cutie in his ‘man pants’.
Note: If they nap on their front, make sure you use flat buttons :)
Material Notes
Suitable for most sturdy materials, best with suiting.
