I bought this very thin cotton in queens and because it was so inexpensive and the color just popped, I had just made my husbands PJ pants and decided I needed a nightgown to match! I used my stylish dress book for a simple pattern and plastic pearl buttons from an old dress I cut up. I botched up finishing the armholes so I covered it with some delicate lace I had in my stash. I think all of the elements worked together very well.
