An easy to sew double layer ‘wrap’ dress (it is in fact simply a dress with a pleat at the front and a tie at the back). Lovely elastic detail at the back and perfect with or without a t-shirt underneath.
This is a Burda pattern and although it all made sense when making it, the instructions were confusingly written – the hem of the inner skirt and the straps simply didn’t make sense on paper.
As this is a double layer dress, use lightweight cotton.
