I was instantly inspired when I saw these fabrics – and knew I had to make some kind of blanket / bedding out of them. I’d been wanting to make a quilt for a while.. so this just kind of happened!
At 1×1m, this item is the perfect size for a snuggle blankie for your little one.. although it could easily lend itself to become a cot quilt, lap blanket or decorative wall hanging.
Carefully handmade using homespun cottons, drill and linen by me in Wellington, New Zealand. The batting used is bamboo – which breathes well and is machine washable.
